Kide is a unique experience based on the Kide super cold technology. It offers incomparable ways of relaxation as well as cosmetic and physical treatment. Kide treatment begins with a short stay (from 1 to 3 minutes) in the Kide room with a temperature of -110 C.

How to Prepare for Kide

Please book your Kide treatment in advance. Wear your own swimming outfit and woollen socks and remove your watch and jewellery. We will provide you with a warm headband, slippers and gloves. Your skin has to be dry before entering the Kide room.

After Kide treatment you can use the showers and Jacuzzis or enjoy a spa treatment of your choice. Due to extreme temperature changes it is not allowed to go to sauna for 2 hours after the treatment. Please remember that our professional staff is always present at Kide to help and guide the first-timers.

You can also book a 20-minute salt room treatment with Kide. It is suitable for everyone and especially beneficial for people with atopy, dry skin or asthma.
