In addition to a variety of SPA treatments, we recommend the unique Kide experience that begins with a stay in the Kide room with temperatures as low as - 110°C.

The amount of time spent in the Kide room varies between 1 to 3 minutes depending on the desired treatment effect. A short stay in the extreme temperature launches a process in the body that relieves pain and strengthens the body's own immune system.

The effects of the process have been proven to improve physical wellbeing and enhance skin condition and beauty. For instance, Kide accelerates athletes' recovery processes.
